1. The service
Outtbid provides a public leaderboard where users pay verified amounts to list and rank websites or profiles. Visibility and rank depend on cumulative bids and the Rules. Outtbid does not guarantee traffic volume, conversions, search rankings, or business outcomes.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter a contract and to authorize payments. You confirm you have rights to promote any URL or handle you submit.
3. Bids, rankings & permanent #1
- Bids become effective only after payment confirmation.
- Standard ranking follows highest cumulative bid as described in the Rules.
- The permanent #1 offer is a separate one-time purchase that locks #1 for that listing under the Rules then in effect.
- Outtbid may adjust ranking algorithms, categories, or UI for fairness, abuse prevention, or product improvements.
4. Payments & refunds
Payments are processed by Polar. Fees are generally non-refundable once a listing is published or upgraded, except where required by law or where Outtbid cancels a bid due to our own error. Chargebacks for valid purchases may result in listing removal and account restrictions.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use Outtbid for illegal content, fraud, malware, phishing, unauthorized data collection, exploitation of minors, or to manipulate clicks/stats with bots. We may remove content and refuse service for violations.
6. Intellectual property
Outtbid branding, layout, and software remain ours. You retain rights to your listing content and grant Outtbid a license to display it on the service and in promotional materials related to the leaderboard.
7. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Outtbid and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid to Outtbid in the 90 days before the claim.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Outtbid against claims arising from your listings, your bids, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
10. Changes & termination
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. We may suspend or stop the service, or remove listings, when needed for legal, security, or operational reasons.
